The team have been brilliant, working flat out to drive down costs with cunning plans and practical suggestions. Finally the wait is over and we now have a cost from our builder! This is an exciting moment for the project. So its time to talk money. You’ve all seen the TV and the tricky conversations that start with “so how much will all this cost” and end with some mumbling about savings and how “we’ll work something out”.
